By purchasing a product or service from Bayan Tech, you agree to use the delivered software, source code, or API credentials in accordance with the license terms specified on each product page. Redistribution or resale of purchased source code without written permission is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

API products are subject to fair-use limits communicated at the time of credential delivery. Custom development engagements are governed by a separate scope-of-work agreement signed before work begins.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
