Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are only available in the following cases:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or does not match the product description, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.
• An API product's sandbox/live credentials were never delivered within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
• A duplicate payment was made in error for the same order.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via SSLCommerz.
